The guide rails are made from hot-dip galvanized, hard-rolled steel structure, cold-formed from S250GD + Z275-M-A-C plates. The materials comply with DIN EN 10147 (material specification) and DIN EN 10143 (dimensional tolerances). The galvanized surface treatment (140g/m², 9.8 μm thickness) is applied on both sides, and the weld seams are hot-dip galvanized externally.

Note: Safety gears are prohibited for the hollow guide rails.
