On June 27th, the first “Zhihui Mingguang·Create a Winning Future” high-level talent innovation and entrepreneurship Competition hosted by Mingguang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government ended successfully. The “RS Series Roller Guide Shoe Project" of Anhui Jiugang Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. stood out from the 8 enterprise groups shortlisted in the finals and won the second prize.
The first high-level talent innovation and entrepreneurship competition in Mingguang City, with the goal of “attracting talents by competition and helping creation by competition”, has attracted a total of 62 talent project teams to participate in the competition since the launch of the competition, mainly covering new materials, high-end equipment manufacturing, electronic device manufacturing, photovoltaic and new energy fields,After preliminary examination and judgment by experts, roadshows for project re-competition, etc., 12 projects in the outer city group and 8 companies in the inner city group were finally selected to advance to the finals. The finals were held in the form of an “online +offline” cloud roadshow. After fierce competition, Jiugang Electromechanical finally won the second prize.
The "RS Series roller guide shoe project" comes from the demand of the company's customer, the world's top 500 Ti Sheng Elevator (China) Co., Ltd., and was newly independently designed by Jiugang Mechanical and Electrical R&D Department. The project replaces ordinary sliding guide boots with roller guide boots, which reduces friction loss, thereby reducing vibration and noise in elevator operation and improving the comfort of elevator rides.
RS series roller guide boots can be fully applied to medium and high-speed elevators with elevator speeds in the range of 1.7m/S~10m/S, with wide coverage and strong versatility, which can meet the large demand for medium and high-speed elevators in modern high-rise buildings. Through localized production, it can replace roller guide boots imported from South Korea, with significant economic and social benefits.
