滚轮导靴采用三个滚轮来做为导向,三只滚轮通过摆臂结构，在弹簧力的作用下，同时与导轨的正面和两个侧面相接触并紧贴其上。当轿厢运行时，三只滚轮同时在导轨的工作面上滚动，并自动补偿导轨及其他部件安装所形成的几何形状误差。
